we were double charged, we returned the van same day and was charged for 2 days. I have no idea why this person thinks its ok to charge 2 days on a van that was returned same day. I've already called corporate and received the proper contacts to escalate this issue. I will not be renting from this location again.

I said no he didn't help me but he truly did not know what to do because that location does not accept trailers. That is where you had me deliver the trailer. He and I both learned a lot about trailer hitched. Lol

Martin AI had a hard time understanding his English and he was talking to someone on the phone the whole time he was setting me up for my rental. The truck was defective because when I filled it up, gas started pouring out from on top of the gas tank resulting in the biggest spill Costco woodinville has seen.
