The truck air conditioning was not working. Made for a long hot 580 mile drive.

Yes she was helpful but took my name and phone number and email. Said guy who does it is cooking in restaurant but would be checked in today and I'd get a email. Return was done at 1pm and I got confirmation at 8pm.

We got the trailer she checked the lights when we hooked up. It got dark when we went to leave from loading and no running lights on the drive side of the trailer. Call them to see if we can get it fixed and get told no that we can get a 5x8 (which we just loaded this trailer and wouldn't have fit in a 5x8) and that running lights are not required in every state. Idk what states she has been through but the states we go through does. The next day We ended up having to stop and stay the night At a hotel on our way home because it was getting dark. So more money out of our pocket. On the next day it was getting dark and I am broke so my husband fixed the wiring on the trailer lights to make us home.

My pick up time was 9am. I did not leave with my Uhaul until 10am. Liz took a very long time getting me checked in. I used the online check-in, which boasted saving a lot of time. But, it didn't matter because Liz asked me for all the same information that I entered online. I'm dissapointed.

You telephone support is OUTSTANDING! Your tech routed me to an alternate drop off point as the original, even though it's in the U-Haul database, is gone and I needed to find an alternate for drop off. She stayed with me until I found it and dropped the trailer. Excellent service! And the food at the drop point is excellent!

I turned in the rental 2 days early and still got charged for an extra day. The manager agreed that I should not have been charged an extra $40. When he call corporate they tacked on an extra $78.19 and did not take off the $40 charge. I would not recommend Uhaul to anyone after how I was treated.

It took too entirely too long to approve me for a $26.00 U-Haul rental. I have rented U-Haul trailers many times before and it has never been this long for approval. I didn't keep track of the time, but I would say it took an hour for approval. I don't think I will use this location for rental again.

I dropped off the truck promptly at 8AM in Springerville AZ. The lady was nice, inspected the truck but said the manager wasn't in yet and he would have to process the truck. She assured us that he would take care of it when he came in. So we left assuming everything would be processed. At around 5 PM I received a call from Jorge from the Tucson store asking if I had turned in the truck. I said I had. After Speaking with Jorge I called and asked for the manager at Avery's Chuck Wagon in Springerville AZ. I was told the mgr., Lance was too busy to come to the phone. When I relayed the problem to the employee he indicated that Lance would call back. After about 15 minutes I received a call indicating that Lance had entered the truck as being returned on time. At that point I called Jorge in Tucson back and told him what had occurred, he said he would make the appropriate notations into the computer. The next day I received the overcharge billing for the extra day. I called Jorge back at the Tucson store and he said to call the 800 number, when I tried to call the 800 help line I was placed on hold and no ever spoke with me to assist me with this matter. I don't think it is fair that I was charged the extra day when I followed all of Uhaul's instructions and was told everything was taken care of. I am a retired and would like someone to call me to help resolve the overcharge. Thank you....

There was a mix up about the number of pads ordered, but the agent went out of his way to get the other 3 dozen to us. He had to drive about 200 miles to get the blankets and to deliver them to us.

Did not offer any help or instruction to load the vehicle on to the car dolly. I needed an adaptor to hook up the wire harness. They had no supplies in their store at all. Had to drive to a Napa to purchase the adaptor. I've rented from Uhaul many times over many years and this was by far one of my worst experiences.

It would be nice if other u-haul pick up locations were as friendly as Avery's. The truck I ordered to pick up at Avery's was not available, but was available at another place nearby. They would not allow Avery's to have the truck, even though it was not reserved and have often used Avery's inventory. The other dealer does not play fair which creates a bad feeling for u-haul and for this particular dealer. Avery's gave me a larger truck for my move. A customer should be able to pick the location and dealer they want to use and have the equipment available.

This location is, like many, is part of another business. However, the U-Haul agent (Larry?), was incredibly helpful! I would recommend using Averys to anyone in the Springerville, AZ area.

The trailer made a lot of noise when pulling it and noise when loading and unloading it. It sounds like it might need shocks or could be the springs. Other than that it was OK.
