Cindy HI was double charged for my rental when I returned the truck and it wasn’t realized until I got home. When it was brought to your agent’s attention he replied he didn’t know how to correct the error and gave me the phone number of someone else to contact. Two calls have been made, messages left to no avail. My # is 812-525-2943 name is Gina Enrique. I’d appreciate a return call asap. Thank you very much. Truck was rented on 8/13-8/16/24.
