Had several changes made to my rental then made several trips over 2 days wasting time and money. They offered several options extra milage and discounts and was not able to get the one way truck . I was switched to an in town trip to receive the truck and had to turn in the same day. It was ridiculous the amount of time I wasted trying to obtain a truck even when I reserved it 3 weeks in advance. They purposely did the changes then up charge me a ridiculously amount on milage when truck was dirty with FedEx boxes and almost empty on fuel. Was absolutely ridiculous how I was overcharged on such a stressful time to getting the truck an moving.

She was not trained in customer service. Move It location on Calicoatte Road in Corpus Christi. She was a young red head female.
