This may be the last time I use U-haul. First issue, U-Haul did not guarantee and honor my reserved pickup location. I made reservations two weeks prior and they moved it 35 miles away. Second issue, U-Haul charged me for additional mileage after they moved it 35 miles away. This is infuriating. You added 70 miles to my drive then add cost for the additional miles. You should honor your stated pickup guarantee and deduct $50 from my charge. Not happy with U-Haul’s service.

Very scary dangerous location. U-Haul reps couldn’t speak English. Rent from a different company even if it costs more because U-Haul at this location is horrible. I was overcharged on fuel too. They are scary people who rip you off.
Rob WMy reservation was changed to a different location and time while I was in line to pick up my U-Haul then when I got to the new location they didn’t have the right size and the man helping me didn’t know what he was doing so it took him over an hour just to do the paperwork on the computer
