I had to go to this location because the original pick up did not have the truck I ordered three weeks prior. The road was really bad leading to this facility. They did not have a dolly with the vehicle and told me to pick one up at the Ironton location I passed on my way out. I called to make sure they had one and they told me I would be charged extra for that. Ridiculous.
