the rental cost me more than double the original quote .the information I filled out online served no purpose .I did not select insurance but was charged for it .It took longer to deal with uhaul than the time I needed the rental for .Bad experience !

I did not appreciate having to pay an additional 30+ dollars for the extra miles.
Also the front tires were out of balance and the front end bounced all over the place for the 700 miles I drove. Not Happy!

We waited for over an hour for someone to show up and had to call into another Uhaul agent to pick up the truck I had reserved. The guy at the location when he finally showed up didn't know how to do paperwork and had to.call another employee to come finalize the rental which again I had to call someone else to walk me through the process of checking out the truck. The guy that showed up was saying he was on lunch then took a nap which is why he wasn't there.

Dave went out of his way to be helpful. He went to Roberts and picked up vehicle after misunderstanding and late notifications. He is in tuff situation with burned down facility but tries to make it work.

showed up and no one on premises that could set me up w/ truck Truck had a wiper blade hanging on by thread - luckly on passenger side in the largest town in the state of MT, you should be able to locate a UHaul of choice should not have to drive 65 miles one way no offer of any compensation to the bill for the inconveince - oh an extra day not going to take me 5 days to go 500 mi I have used Uhaul twice in the last year - will shop next time for other options
