The passenger side mirror kept moving on me, i had to stop every few miles to get out and readjust it. the running lights on the trailer did not work so I had to keep my car running so people could see my trailer at night. the brake lights and turn signals did work on the truck. I picked up the truck dirty. I received poor customer service at the U haul Lot in Red lodge MT. that didn't even have an inside office. The guy also did not subtract the mileage I was promised to be refunded from having to drive from Roundup to Red lodge and back to Roundup. Over all my experience was not a happy one. Brian
