How U-Haul Reviews WorkIt is a convenient location. However the rental was not clean and smelled of cigarettes terribly. There were cigarette butts crunched on the floor, ash on the floor board and some sort of liquid spilt every where in the cup holder and on the dash.
Christopher PMy truck reservation was not available at the location (Billings, MT) as expected. We had to drive an extra 54 miles (both ways) to pick up a truck of the same size. Very disappointed! U-Haul did not offer any compensation for this major inconvenience.
