Truck made weird noises shifting into first gear. Bigger problem was that I put that I didn’t want to rent a maintenance dolly or blankets. My bill was higher than I expected but I figured it was because of the miles. When I looked at the receipt I saw an extra rental charge. I was really confused until I looked in the back and saw blankets and the equipment dolly. Paid extra for something that I didn’t want. The lady was nice and helpful but giving me something I didn’t want and having me pay for it isn’t fantastic.
