The middle seat belt had, what looked like vomit on it, and the cab of the truck smelled bad. The location owner was very nice, and helpful though.

mark dThe location was close. The agent was friendly. I had to book on app though and there were issues throughout the entire process. App had me picking up at a different location at a different time and dropping off at the wrong location. The whole process was a mess. Any and all booking details were wrong and after 2 separate calls to customer support, the details were changed and still wrong. I would never recommend on line booking and after hours pickup. Never received email on instructions for key pickup from lock box. Fortunately I had the personal number of location owner and even then the code provided was not for the lock box specific to the truck rented as the wrong keys were in the wrong boxes. What a mess. Costly too! Between the rental and gas for 6 hours it cost me $400. If you must rent a truck, do it in person at a location that is specifically a U-Haul rental centre only. Arrange pickup during office hours. Good luck.

Michelle BI got over charged on a short time usage of the truck, Because I rented before in a deference location and used the truck to a farther location and charged way less, this location isn’t recommended
