U-Haul changed my pickup location to this location a few days before the reservation, without telling me that the opening time was one hour later than I had scheduled for. When I went to pick up the truck, I was told "the system is down" so I couldn't actually pick it up, even though I had done all the necessary check-ins online. Clerk sent me to a different location, and that location told me they can't help and don't have a truck. I spent almost an hour on the phone with the 1-800 number trying to figure it out, delaying my ALREADY DELAYED pickup. Once it was finally sorted, I got the truck and it had less than 1/4 tank of gasoline, so I immediately had to stop for gas too. An awful experience.
