Employee had little to no idea how to manage the process. Even though I had reserved the trailer through the app, and I declined insurance, he charged me for the insurance. When I told him I didn’t want the insurance he didn’t know what to do. Finally he called corporate and a woman on the other end of the phone told me I would get the charge for the insurance credited back to my card. But that never happened. The employee also had no idea how to hook up the trailer and didn’t even know why trailers had wiring harnesses.

DAVID MSketchy area of town and I was afraid of being charged for nonsense as was reflected in several reviews of this location. Drop off by the app is the way to go, and take personal recordings in case they dispute the drop off.
