Location was difficult to find, cheesy atmosphere, and no representative available during business hours. I called customer support and was told to do the return via app. Now that I completed on the job training, where's my check? Not sure if you can call self service customer service but OK. I left the truck and hope I completed the return correctly. 🤔

Byron CEmployee had little to no idea how to manage the process. Even though I had reserved the trailer through the app, and I declined insurance, he charged me for the insurance. When I told him I didn’t want the insurance he didn’t know what to do. Finally he called corporate and a woman on the other end of the phone told me I would get the charge for the insurance credited back to my card. But that never happened. The employee also had no idea how to hook up the trailer and didn’t even know why trailers had wiring harnesses.
