My initial reservation was in another location, that would be more convenient to me. Then, U-Haul changed my reservation. About one hour before my pick-up time, I was informed that the location was closed and that I needed to install the app and do a self check-in. I wish I was informed before. In addition, gas level was very low. It would be good to have at least 1/4 of gas so we don't have to drive worried about gas level as soon as pickup. Not a good experience overall.
Bernardo SHaving an actual person on-site would be helpful...but I realize that for cost-cutting measures this might not be feasible. Ultimately, I would rent from U-Haul in the future. Thank you.
