My truck was on empty and gas light on when I picked it up. Was told I would be given $6 and some change credit per gallon for a quarter tank it's a 31 gallon tank. I paid the over pay for mileage but didn't see the refund for the fuel yet

Howard KI needed to put the payment on two cards, one credit card one debit card. It was all put on my debit card. I needed to use my debit card for other things.It just made the rest of my week more difficult. besides that, they were very courteous and tried to correct it, but we’re unable to correct the mistake.
Rick ZMaybe it's just I'm use to stand alone U-Haul stores or ones with storage units. The lady was very nice and friendly.
