The employee handling the U Haul told me he did not give a F about UHaul it disrupts his business. I thought I had movers on the way to my apartment so I asked him nicely if he could please check me out. He got very aggressive,slamming the bathroom door on his way to the truck. He showed me the back of the truck and told me what I couldn't use, slammed the door and walked away. Then after changing the pickup time with the moving people I hired through U Haul the night before, they cancelled coming to help because they got a flat. No phone call, just a text with a picture of a flat. No offer to come later or Sunday just left me high and dry. So now I have to go back to deal with that aggressive employee and now I hope I get my money back for what I paid. I had to hire a professional moving company to help me. Thank God they had time to help me. Do not hire a moving company through UHaul. Hire a professional.
