The facility was not open when I arrived for my appointment. No one answered the phone after several attempts of calling the number on the door. I Ubers from the airport and it was raining and not to be able to come inside was disappointing. I would have liked to know the status of the facility when I made the reservation. Eventually I was contacted by phone from the Uhaul representative and he walked me through the virtual process. Please give your customers the courtesy of advising them that type of process will be provided so they can make a decision.

Received a phone call from Chris who informed me that he submitted a request for the cleaning fee I was charged for to be reversed. However immediately after Chris felt the need to remind me of my responsibility to in the future to check the back of the truck when renting. Which I found to be offensive considering it was your facility in Buffalo that turned over the last truck they had, to me dirty in the first place. My previous rental from NC to Buffalo was so much better the gentleman was professional and knowing the trip I had gave me the best truck he had available so I wouldn’t have problems on the road and walked the truck with me so I could see the back was clean. I did not get this profesional treatment in Buffalo. In the future I will definitely deal with a more professional company, thanks Chris and I’ll be sure to share his words and my experience with others.
