The mobile check in wasn’t easy. I was told by customer service the prior day the app wasn’t needed to pickup. I went through the steps which was really slow & it was asking me information that was already entered when making the reservation. When it got to drop off location, it was giving me places I didn’t select. A guy from the shop came up to me & stepped in to assist even though U-Haul had closed at 4:30 pm. I truly appreciate he’s generosity & willing to assist us. Also, our truck only had 1/8 tank of gas which isn’t ideal when you’re in an area you’re familiar with to get gas.

I initially reserved truck at the college station location Texas Ave & university. they didn't have the truck and moved to New location. they assisted me and made sure pickup was smooth. above and beyond. I appreciate the assistance of the mgr.good job!
Edward RI had to change equipment and pick-up location and when arriving the location was closed and the mobile pick=up was not set-up for our rental. Luckily someone happened to be in their office on Sunday and helped us get this squared away.
Robert MI ordered boxes and they didn't have them because I somehow had to go to a different location which I was unaware of when purchasing online - that place was very unorganized. I also ordered blankets for the furniture and they did not have them.

Mitchell BTrailer had a flat tire and when I asked for it to be replaced the person told me he would just add air to the tire and if it went flat while I was on the road, I could call to have U-Haul send someone out to fix it. Obviously that’s not an ideal situation and I asked why he couldn’t just repair it now, his answer was that he didn’t have another tire. Also they were not prepared to accommodate a cash payment. Also I was not made aware of the extra charges for pigtails for the lights.
