This is NOT where we dropped off. This was the 2nd location pick up of the THIRD uhaul we tried on moving day. Uhaul, get your sh*t together.. The person at this location was confused at the call from Uhaul to okay us getting an unreserved truck from them after the 1st location failed.

Paula GSeat was broke so I had to drive 2 hours with my toes! Truck was filthy dirty. I had to clean the back out before putting anything in it. In cab was filthy, the tire indicator light was on the dash because the tire was low. Had to stop for air! Gas was not where they told me or indicated on the paperwork. It was lower as if someone used it for personal use on my account. Alignment was way off, window had a small crack, it was by far the scariest uhaul or vehicle in general that I have ever driven. Very disappointed

Ryan CGood enough brick and mortar shop. Tried to do the contactless 'get my truck' but had to go inside from the offset. They weren't super excited about being there and one was on his phone the whole time I was in there. The truck was awesome. Low miles. Great power.

juanita SI must have looked at my rental wrong and I ended up taking to the wrong location (100% my fault) but the place looked clean, there was no question where to park the vehicle. I communicated with U-Haul corporate and they were able to help me out. I really had a good experience on both ends.
Carolyn WToo many furniture pads!! They took up valuable space, especially the ones still wrapped. Have no idea what the roads were like from Scranton, did have some minor issues with certain items. The folks at BC Tools were fabulous, friendly, quick and more than accommodating! Can't remember all of the names, but Bob, Bud and all were just terrific! A GREAT experience with them!!! *Uhaul should get them another trailer.

MARION CMake sure equipment doesn’t fall apart when leaving the rental location. Had a S hood on the safety chain of a car dolly rental fall off within two blocks of the rental location leaving after renting it and it went bouncing away. It wasn’t properly crimped on the chain link.
Mark CWell first things first the people renting the trucks shouldn't tell me that as long as I have the truck returned by Monday before they open when I rented it Saturday and then when Monday rolls around they charge me for 3 days of rental and over draft my bank account because of it and the uhaul want to make me wat 48 hours before someone will get back to me. Needless to say I payed 235 dollars for a 30 hour truck rental and the people I rented to told me I was fine as long as I retired the truck by Monday before they open.
Marcelo CI have rented probably 20 uhauls over the last several years and the entire experience this time was out of the ordinary and absolutely awful. The guy at the register seemed bored with his job but I put that aside until the remainder of my experience. The truck was dirty. The transmission seems to struggle shifting which made gas economy practically non existent. It drove very different that any I have had. It also bounces a lot more than any I have had and seems to have a lot of play in the steering wheel. For someone not familiar with larger vehicles they would likely really struggle to drive this truck. Half the brake lights did not work, which meant turn signals did not work either so I had a family member follow me everywhere to avoid being rear-ended. The driver seatbelt gets stuck and will not let you out. The passenger door does not always latch You have to really slam it or it will pop open. We loaded a second load late in the evening with the intention of unloading the next morning. When we parked we got a couple things from the back and the door on the back would not close. It took 3 people and several tries which were very loud and upset the neighbors at 1am to get it to close so we did not have to unload it then. The door on the back was pretty consistently an issue but that was the worst time to get it to close. The dolly was also beyond its years and the wheels sometimes felt like they were not as loose as one normally is and it made it difficult to steer, maybe from wear and tear. Sincerely the only thing that was a positive about this entire experience was that I didn't break down.

Tim OBC Tool was an easy location for after hours drop off. I parked the truck easily near other UHaul trucks and the key drop box was easily visible.
Alan TThe truck was dirty inside. The floors were not swept, and the ashtray was used and not emptied. It had only a little more than a 1/4 tank of gas. These trucks should be cleaned and filled with gas before pick up!
teresa mEquipment was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. I did not realize until after i started my 1013 mile drive that the cruise control, horn, and reverse lights were not functional on the truck. Cruise control not working made the drive incredibly inconvenient. This was not the fault of BC Tool Rental.
Rickie TThey had 4 people in the place. One guy was trying to get me out the door with the equipment, answer the phone and fix the printer. It was like watching a circus without the tent.
CLAYTON MI had already completed the contract for a trailer rental when it was discovered that I had no wiring harness. All of the staff worked to find a solution, including arranging a location for the wiring to be installed. It was excellent customer service that resulted in everything working out above and beyond my expectations. Thank you!
randy cThere was a check engine light on on the truck. A small chip in the windshield. The strap for the left tire on the car trailer slipped three times on our trip. One of the employees made a sexist joke, my mom was with me when that happened. It sounded like they were giving us a couple extra days and miles for free. They did not, we were charged for it. Over all, an alright experince. We got a truck and were able to pack it. So I guess they got their side of the job done. But I would not recommend this place.

DERRICK KFor some reason the sales person canceled my reservation and put me in as a walk in mess up my return delivery at my destination not sure what happened but I did question her when I got the receipt, but she ensured me it was just a day less than I reserved reasoning for price difference, overall they were nice and helpful but just need more experience at the system or something
Michael BReturned the truck with a little more than the agreed 1/2 tank, but it was reported by the vendor at 3/8 of a tank. Cost me an additional $42.
JAMES Kwhy are they telling me it probably won`t be at destination within in 10 days when that is what I was told when I made the reservation.
