The guy was super helpful. But I always take pictures of my mileage before ever leaving the parking lot, and thank God I did because they tried charging me for almost 20 miles on a 5 to 6 mile round trip. I had to call uhaul to verify my picture and they fixed the mileage and now I still havent gotten a phone call back to from BC rentals to finalize my transaction. Mistakes happen though. And like I said the guy at front desk, charles, was very helpful.
