The truck smelled like cigarettes and the tires kept running low on air. I needed to refill them a couple of times during my trip.

This location is very scammy I would not recommend this location to ANYONE. This is the first BAD experience I had with UHAUL. Very disappointing, they should not be a vendor for UHAUL at all!
Ganeva MI paid for furniture pads and they were not included in the rental, I would like that part of my order refunded.
Samantha JThe lock box didn't work. The guy inside eventually just gave us the key, after fully checking credentials. THE APP IS THE WORST!!! I had to take 25 pictures of the truck location, and it didn't accept any of them. It took forever to check in and return.
Amanda RThis was a fantastic truck to drive, Thankyou. But the location was so frightening, I had people asking for money and did everything I could to get out quickly. The truck was full of dog hair and water bottles as if someone may have slept in it. The passenger window was not up and I barely had a chance to look the truck over as I got the keys and got out of the location as quickly as possible. I can’t imagine dropping it off at dark, picking it up at 10:00 am was awful enough. I don’t recommend this place for anyone. But as I said the truck was wonderful. As I said, there was little time to do anything except get the keys and get out of there. It is not a place to linger. I do want you to know, the man working was very helpful when the app wouldn’t let me just get the keys and be on my way. The truck drove nice and I had no troubles with it. But I strongly recommend that this is not a U-Haul drop off or pick up. I can’t imagine getting dropped off there to wait, I was fortunate to have my USMC son with me.
Angela BGentleman did not speak English well and he did not understand my situation. I went after hours and this location I would not recommend to any female on her own.
KIM LThe lockbox was empty and I had to get the keys inside. This location has a houseless population that seems to be using the trucks, I found the truck with the back open, with mulch and cookies in it. The front of the truck had muddy dog prints in it. Because the location isn’t safe I couldn’t safely report these issues before taking the truck. Finally I was charged over twice the amount I was quoted.
Krystal MKeys were not available, location was overrun with homeless, drove UHAUL 7 miles but was charged $50 for gas. Customer service would not respond when contacted.
Grace PIt's a gas station and the person working had no idea how to complete the rental agreement. I had to take his phone and complete the transaction. This place should not be allowed to rent Uhaul equipment.

Dorothy LThis was a terrible experience. It took 40 minutes to get the keys. The return was also a nightmare when the app kept crashing at the return process. That took 30 minutes. Spent 25 minutes on hold and never spoke to anyone. You failed in every meaningful way.

Chad MDespite booking 4-5 days in advance, we were told the day before that we had to change our pickup location. The new pickup location that the representative said we had to use was 30 minutes out of the way of our move. Then when picking up the vehicle, the key provided in the lock box was for the wrong truck. Took an additional 30 minutes to get in contact with U-Haul to then track down the correct key for our vehicle. Once finally in our vehicle, it did not have the correct equipment that we ordered and we had to take it out of another truck that was there. We were over an hour late to our location as a result of these two mistakes by U-Haul.
Grant LI ordered equipment (dolly and protective sheets). I was still charged for the equipment. The service was all through my phone so there was no way of getting equipment from the providers.
