Connie NThe instructions from U-Haul indicated that the truck would be available for pickup without having to see a clerk. I was provided a code to unlock a pad lock on the back of the vehicle and obtain the keys. The pad lock didn't open after nearly 30 minutes of trying I called U-Haul, and they directed me to the clerk inside the gas station. He was a bit rude but did unlock the pad lock and then provided us the key, which was not in the back of the van, but he had it the whole time at the window. The INSIDE of the windows was so dirty that I couldn't see well out of them and had to clean them before driving. I also reserved an appliance dolly when I reserved online, and this was neither in the truck or available at this site.
