Downtown Chicago.... CROWDED... Could not find a parking spot...The BP attendant was NOT Helpful.... asked that "Drop at another location". Just when we were trying to determine the next best location..... the UHaul Representative pulled up in the UHaul Maintenance Truck... Walked directly towards us... Asked if he could help... and said "I will take care of that for you.." and all was well. He is the reason I would recommend this location... All business... Service was GREAT!

Better customer service on site
Sarah KPoor WiFi so he couldn’t get the contract to load. When I asked if the dolly and furniture pads were in the truck, he said “if they aren’t I could call customer service” Then he told me I could look through the other trucks for my supplies. In zero degree weather, I looked through trucks for furniture pads. Finally found some but the were damp from snow and ice

SCOTT OPick up was easy. The only problem was that I was supposed have moving blankets. None were included, and the personnel said he had never seen blankets in any rentals. I had to drive to another U-Haul location to get the needed blanket. I have had to make several calls and several chats to get it resolved. I still need to make another call to resolve the billing of the blankets.
George FCharged for a dolly and pads that were never provided. Disappointed. Counter staff was friendly but couldn’t help much outside the app to modify my reservation.
