I am only not reading the location as poor because it was very convenient. However, the equipment was old and outdated. There is nothing anywhere saying that you need a special adapter for the trailer lights. It didn’t have winch to lift it and weighed hundreds of pounds and took multiple people. It messed up the transmission because the hydraulic brakes on the trailer were ancient and now I have a huge repair bill. The person who runs the place was super rude. I will never tell anyone to go here.
KATHERINE HI put gas in uhaul truck upon return and still got charged for gas. I arrived to pick up truck on time and it took 30 minutes to check out uhaul. Also, he had to take care of grocery store customers first.
Debora SAir conditioning did not blow out of front vents, seat was ripped on drivers side. Was not the location I reserved, was notified a couple of days before that my equipment was not guaranteed at my location… what is a reservation for, I wonder? Location was twice as far from my house as the one I originally

Victoria PSloshy tires, door stuck/hard to open on back. Bc tires were sloshy it affected my mileage. Didn't have all equipment I ordered. Had to wait for owner to show up to get truck

JOHN KIt was a cigarette/tobacco store with gasoline. Place smelled like incense or vaping. Not my preference. Could barely understand the India guy.
