I was told my order would be $37 due at pickup. Went to the location and they didn’t have a 10’ truck that I reserved. They sent me to another location, ended up somehow being $87 instead and a 15’ truck, which they told me I wouldn’t have to pay more for due to the circumstances. A bit upset

We got the uhaul and the tank was BELOW 1/4 tank and so we brought it back as it was after I got off the phone with someone who told me that we would get a credit back for the gas being so low and they ended up charging us a fine.. weirdest and worst experience ever renting a uhaul
MADISON BIt was a very tight squeeze parking the truck the location was in a pretty rough area. Because the parking spot was so tight it was very hard to take images of the truck for the mobile drop offs.
