The guy running the store/gas station was also handling the uhaul so he was waiting on customers while trying to get me Checked out to take the truck. The cab was dirty but didn’t realize this until later on. The truck leaked on the part above the cab of the pick up so some of my stuff got Ruined.

The drop off was at 4 pm on Sunday at a BP service station/ convenience store. There was no Uhaul representative there. The BP clerk said they left at 2 pm.

My only concern was the fact that i was charged a deposit then charged again...i was not just credited the difference...so i am out 80 plus dollars for a 39 dollar purchase...that is hard on someone moving who needs every penny...

One of the dollies I requested was not in the vehicle and the uhaul store I used was not helpful and rude.

I had the incorrect dolly so everything had to be hand carried making my move much longer and harder than planned

Perhaps the person at the counter can be more understanding when someone comes in having never used U-Haul or the app before, in assisting the customer in getting what they need. They were pretty dismissive until I snapped at them saying "Well I don't know how this works - I don't work for U-Haul!" After that he was a little nicer.

After writing up the contract and about a half hour of our time they concluded thst they did not have the car hauler to rent us. So then they sent us to another location where there was a car hauler. That locatiin indicated their internet was not working. So we were directed back to the first location. From there we were directed back to the second location again and was informed a manager would meet us there. The manager did not meet us there and he called and we did all of the information over a mobile phone. This manager was at the original first location where we started. We finally rented the car hauler but it took approximately one hour with several trips back and forth between location. I dont understand why the first location did do what was needed the first time we were there. Because of the delay my partner and i had to readjust our entire day and change our plans entirely.

I was billed $7.00 for a utility dolly that I did not use. I moved a sofa and never detached the mounted dolly from the truck. I didn't notice right away because the final invoice was emailed to me and not viewable at the time the transaction was completed. It's not a lot of money, but I do not appreciate being charged for items or services I did not receive.

Worst of all uhaul I rented truck was on full I brought it back on full and the guy there told his guy that check the truck to see if it was on full and the guy came n and told him it was full and he the said to me oh if it’s not full I will charge your card 30 and laughing I said to the guy let me pay for using the truck so I can leave this store I have the cash here and he said no imma charge your card I said you don’t have the right I can pay with whatever other method he laugh and charged card anyways I told him I will call my bank and dispute charges so the next worker came in and refunded my money back to card and took cash and said other man was having a bad day. I will never rent from that location again?????? bad customer service

The agent had to constantly stop to take car of other people. What usually takes 10 minutes took nearly 30. I use uhaul quite a bit and there was something definitely wrong with the truck. I normally use between 30 to 40 miles and only have to add a gallon maybe two. But this time I had to add a quarter of a tank. Over all disappointed with this location

The gas indicator on paper was not correct. The amount of gas filled on return was EXACTLY at same mark as when vehicle picked up. I was told no and to file claim which I did. Call from Manager said too bad we’re carging you anyway extra 21$. If I’d known claim was going to be denied I would have put the stupid 2 or 3 more gallons uhaul said i was missing. I was NOT MUSSING. I filled it to the exact same line on the gauge. Not fair. Not good customer service ??????

Loved the service there. The only downside is the truck had a terrible cigarette smell. But it ran great which is the most important thing.
