Got to Uhual after reserving online and they said they can't see reservation and that they have a truck but no keys, even though the parking lot was full of the size truck I needed. Told they will transfer my reservation, that they could not find, to a location 1 mile away. Got to location and there was not reservation transferred. Owner said it's not the first time this happens. Don't know if this is lack of training, but companies are responsible to make sure their employees get the right guidance and training. Luckily owner worked with me and I was able to rent a truck.
