Holly BBig fail on the app. I did everything in advance to speed up the process and there was some issue on the app where I said to call a number for assistance. I waited on hold for 10 minutes and got frustrated so I walked into the location. Thankfully no one was there and a person was able to take care of me. The app experience was a huge failure.
