I reserved a 10' truck on-line. The locations offered were not in an order that showed distance so I had to look up the address of each location to see which ones were close. After I signed up there were 8 pages of insurance and add-ons that I had to decline. Ridiculous. Once I got to the facility to pick up the truck I had to pay using my physical credit card but I already gave all my credit card information online. I also had to decline insurance etc. two more times. The facility was OK. I received probably 8 or 9 text messages. Too many. I also received a phone call asking where I was going to return the truck. They wanted to know the zip code which I did not have because I was driving. I told them I already had the return place chosen on-line. They told me they had no access to see what I did on-line and then they threatened me if I returned the truck to the wrong place I would be charged a fee. The return went OK once I was finished with the truck. I wasn't a good experience with corporate although the truck and rental locations were OK. Maybe Penske next time.

STEPHANIE LMake sure that the gas is not on empty when someone is picking up the truck. It is quite annoying to have to put gas in a truck that you just picked up.
STEPHANIE LWhen we first got into the uhaul truck the gas was on empty. We had to put gas into the truck before we began our trip. When we got back the man at the desk asked us if we refilled the tank to the levels it was at when we first got the truck. The truck was almost at empty when we dropped it off. I got my bill and It was $169 more, so in total I paid $223 for the truck which isn't horrible.

CHERYL LIt has been two weeks since I reached out about the triple overcharge on my credit card. I was told this would be resolved in 5 days. I was charged $45 3 times instead of once. And the office said I didn’t return the trailer until three days after I returned. Can I please get a call at 321-408-0543 to resolve this?

VONDA BThe truck was a death trap. Big bubble in the driver front tire. For a long road trip, this truck should not have been used. It was an extremely rough ride, making it feel like you were riding a horse. The truck was literally dangerous to drive, and I definitely don’t feel like I should be charged full price. It literally shook things loose and broke items. I love the staff at this location, but this truck was an absolute death trap, and I really don’t appreciate being given this truck for this long ride. Pretty terrible experience!
