CHERYL LIt has been two weeks since I reached out about the triple overcharge on my credit card. I was told this would be resolved in 5 days. I was charged $45 3 times instead of once. And the office said I didn’t return the trailer until three days after I returned. Can I please get a call at 321-408-0543 to resolve this?

VONDA BThe truck was a death trap. Big bubble in the driver front tire. For a long road trip, this truck should not have been used. It was an extremely rough ride, making it feel like you were riding a horse. The truck was literally dangerous to drive, and I definitely don’t feel like I should be charged full price. It literally shook things loose and broke items. I love the staff at this location, but this truck was an absolute death trap, and I really don’t appreciate being given this truck for this long ride. Pretty terrible experience!

CARMEN SAdvertise there is no ramp on the 10’ trucks and advertise that the 10’ trucks have wheel wells inside them, which doesn’t give you a full 10’ of space inside and makes it difficult for moving all large furniture. Also the truck cap was missing on the truck which I was told about as I was ready to drive off. This makes the check engine light come on which made me nervous that id break down. And lastly, the truck was not very clean.

Dan B | ReservationUhaul contacted us to bring a trailer over to Lakeland with our rental and WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!!!!! The equipment we rented wasn’t able to tow said trailer per the pickup location and when I called the reallocation # the person I spoke to was rude and said they were wrong and it could tow it - next time we are asked to help move equipment for u-haul the answer will be a resounding NO!!!!’

DAVID GFurniture Dollies and mats should be provided inclusive when renting a van or truck and these items can be automatically included when you rent a van or truck.

Lori JThe agent at the store for some reason first thing they wanted to do was to charge me extra money first, he said I didn’t return all the blankets then he said I damaged the truck. I don’t know if this is the fact that I was African-American but the moment he saw me he was trying to charge me extra for stuff. He said I damage a the top of the truck then he got in the vehicle and for some reason all of a sudden I went 500 miles over what I was supposed to. He was in the vehicle for about two or three minutes and then he called me over and said oh you went over your miles. Once again, the moment he saw me he was trying to charge me more money. I do believe it is because I’m African-American and some he was being biased towards me.
