The locks on the lockbox to get the key are very hard to open. There’s a trick to it. I have to ask for help of the time even when I do online pick up. From my understanding, it is a lock that U-Haul provides the location. The lady at the location is very helpful though. So it’s not too bad on my part. I just feel bad that she has to help people so much because of the tricky lock.

More vehicles on site. Training for BP staff regarding U-Haul trucks. They were friendly and quick to get answers for us.
