I would like to recognize Philips Mosio for the exceptional customer service he provided during our recent U-Haul experience. Late on a Friday afternoon, Philips immediately stepped in to help resolve issues that resulted from shortcomings at the pickup location. Rather than leaving us to figure things out on our own, he proactively called us, worked through the pickup challenges, and ensured everything was taken care of. Throughout the process, Philips was professional, responsive, patient, and genuinely committed to helping us. His willingness to jump into action and take ownership of the situation turned a frustrating experience into a positive one. Employees like Philips are a tremendous asset to your organization. His dedication to customer satisfaction and outstanding service deserve recognition. Please extend our sincere thanks and appreciation for a job exceptionally well done.

It took 40 minutes to get the truck, as the only person there to facilitate it was the clerk at the gas station. He had his hand FULL with taking care of customers. He was trying to get my contract approved not a manager (?) who was not on the property, but called in multiple times to speak to the clerk. Do NOT use this location!

I know businesses are going digital, but it's hard for older people to. I like taking to people face to face.

The locks on the lockbox to get the key are very hard to open. There’s a trick to it. I have to ask for help of the time even when I do online pick up. From my understanding, it is a lock that U-Haul provides the location. The lady at the location is very helpful though. So it’s not too bad on my part. I just feel bad that she has to help people so much because of the tricky lock.
