I am a female who just drove 8 hours from upstate to long Island. The gentleman in the BP return spot was not kind, not considerate and would not remove the trailer from my car. When I did it he yelled at me that I was putting it in the wrong spot and wanted me to reattach it and back up into a different spot. Back up???? I cannot back up with the trailer!!! Very disappointing
