I have been using uhaul for years and this was the worst experience. It took me closer to 3 hours to get into the truck after driving 2 hours to get to the one way rental. The first location there was no one present and the door was locked. I called and left a message but did not get contacted back at all. I called in and got routed to a second location. There, the agent tried to rent me a truck that was filled with roaches that someone had returned literally right as i was arrived even though he had other trucks available in the back. Only when i asked to call dispatch to get rerouted did he "find" another truck. He disclosed the roached After taking my payment. After issuing a new truck, when attempting to complete the walk thru, we got an error because the keys and license plate didnt match. After calling dispatch a third time, we get to the location and the kind gentleman states the lady who issues the truck was not in the office. He atttempted but kept getting errors, Only after Facetiming the lady, was he able to complete the transaction. All this took close to 3 hours and set me back tremendously, .I was disheartened to say the least.

BRENT HI made a reservation to pick the truck up at the vineville location in Macon. Ga. When I got yo the location, I was told the truck was unavailable. Therefore, I was sent yo another location on Napier Ave. When I arrived at that location the person wasn't there to check the truck out. I had yo wait for her to arrive 20 min after arriving to pick k the truck up. This is my second bad experience in renting from your company
