I believe i was charged for fuel, which I don't think I should have been charged for. I took a picture of the gas hand and it looks similar from when I left. How do I check on that?

PAULA IReservation included a dolly which was not available, check engine light came on less than a mile from the pickup and was told I would need to call roadside assistance or return the truck and see if another was available. The associate ended up double charging my card

JULIE COnly issue was seat belt didn't work for most of the trip. Only the last time I got in the truck did the seat belt actually work.

QUINIATA JPlease fix the online experience. While the location and staff was excellent, the online experience was terrible and makes me hesitant rent again. Booking a truck took nearly 30 minutes with all the crashes and freezes that caused me to start over. Different availability between the online website and the app. Website had a booking at 4pm at the earliest but my phone had trucks available 8 hours earlier. Check in process also took multiple attempts as well as drop off. During my drop off, the app crashed (4th time) and I couldn’t take the pictures as the dip off was apparently completed (at least checking my bank account charges) but the entire booking disappeared on my app under active and completed reservations. Not a great experience. Again, the actual location and staff was wonderful but the underlying architecture was painful.

Amy BI had the opportunity to view the Operation of Babcock Automotive while waiting for assistance with the U-Haul Trailer. I was impressed with the Customer Service that this shop showed me as an observer, just waiting; acknowledging each individual and taking care of their car needs. Like to give a shout out to the facility Manager, Jeff Varoff; who went beyond his duties of an Automotive Car repair shop; assisting me in the search of actual U-Haul facilities in the San Antonio area for a trailer hitch adapter unique for my vehicle, a Trailblazer, that has never been equipped with the proper wiring. Both parts were located from a car parts store, and attached; prior to their earlier closure. It allowed for my early departure for the DFW area. Thanks Jeff.

sharon pThe Uhaul was falling apart. I had to hold onto a metal steering wheel, because the foam was falling apart. It smelled like smoke, inside was filthy, I was allergic to it every time I got I. The uhaul ID. It needs a through clean. The tires were bad and I had to continue to air them up. I am a women with young children, on a short time frame to move this was horrible. Makes me never want to use uhaul again. It was like a filthy 50 year old work truck. It needs deep cleaned. I am sure it wasn’t just from the last passenger.

MICHELLE DJust make sure things weren't broken for instance where you turn switch on for both inside truck & outside it was broken had a hard time trying to get the button back out to be able to see. I've gotten trucks that everything looks fine but when it gets night. Switches are broken the second you try to push or turn on.Along with the A/ C Vents.Not sure if they get reported from previous user. But needs to be checked before it's rented out . Other than that. I've been very satisfied with the Rental areas I've gotten Trucks from.

Amanda DThe guys at Babcock Automotive went above and beyond. They even changed out our trailer ball for us, let us use their electrical harness and made 100% sure everything was tight, aired appropriately and safe to take off. They were amazing.

cathrine bThe truck struggled to get us from point A to point B. This trip took 52 miles to complete because we had to take the streets instead of the highway due to the mechanical problems that we endured. Vehicle wouldn’t even go over 45 mph nor would it shift gears in order for the vehicle to go faster. Such a disappointing experience.
Amy WThis location lacked the usual supplies from Uhaul. Just had a couple of trucks and a couple if trailors. Had to go to a different location to get a hand truck. They had the truck we needed and the people were very nice. Uhaul needs to supply them like their usual places
pat AI reserved a truck with furniture Dolly, appliances dolly and pads. I had my movers scheduled did this day. I get to the store to pick up truck and they said they didn’t have any dolly or pads. That changed my whole move and it completely delayed everything and made the entire day very hard on the movers. I had to use my own blankets which were for my own bed and now I have to sleep on dirty blankets. I wish someone would have let me know on the app when I reserved that those things were not available. They waited until I got there to Tell me. This is absolutely unacceptable and will make sure I never use uhal again and I will let everyone I know not to use this company again. Horrible horrific experience
