It is my opinion that this location used the truck and added miles and then charged me for them as it took them 3.5 hours to check my vehicle in.

Everything was good, initial pick up was a bit difficult but JAZZ helped me over the phone.

SAMUEL MThe truck had some issues. There was a burning smell sometimes when accelerating. When idling, there was a scraping or ringing noise. And the driver door was a bit loose, causing it to flutter some at highway speed and let in a lot of road noise. It's a bigger issue with U-haul because when you drop off the truck you aren't really asked about its issues.
