Employees did not have everything I asked for when getting uhaul. Employees had zero clue how to go about renting out the uhaul or even how pricing worked. I feel like I was overcharged. Worst experience with getting a uhaul yet.JARED M.

When I called uhaul for drop off they wanted to send me to the other side of town, would have taken more than an hour after driving 11hrs. I went to closest about 2 miles and they were awesome!! Should consider the customers situation when directing dyy try op off location.Tyra E.
We've used Uhaul many times. This was by far the best location and equipment that we have ever used. The staff was super courteous and efficient.Will G.
While waiting in line for about 30 minutes, the person in front of me was trying to rent a truck without a reservation. When discussing the truck, with the representative from Babcock Automotive, they figured out it was reserved by the customer behind me. The Babcock Automotive employee then began processing the reservation for customer behind me, gave them their paper work, and took them outside to inspect and hand off the truck. The BA employee did not return for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, another BA employee that was present during the entire exchange, continued working at the desk by themselves, not acknowledging that I was waiting, or that another customer had cut in front of me. When asked if they could help me process my reservation, the BA employee became rude and highly confrontational claiming that it wasn't his job. He then went to get another BA employee to process my order. During processing, I was notified that my reservation had been canceled about 30 minutes prior. I then had to redo my order on the spot.KEVIN M.
