Drop-off address was incorrect, and on-site personnel did not answer their phone, but still charged us a late fee.

I have never found the owners manual in any of the trucks I have rented. Since trucks are different models and years, the controls on each are different. It would be helpful to have a short pamphlet explaining dashboard features and controls.
