The office was dirty with garbage {used yogurt container on floor}, tools, bugs crawling around, and dirt. No air conditioning and only one window open {it was 90 plus degrees that day}. The place smelled. Laying on the grass by the door was a half bag of garbage opened. We did not receive any paperwork due to the printer being broken. The truck we rented was not made for people over 6'tall and 200 lbs. Very small. We had a 10'. The seat belts cut into the neck.

Jeffrey MI have never found the owners manual in any of the trucks I have rented. Since trucks are different models and years, the controls on each are different. It would be helpful to have a short pamphlet explaining dashboard features and controls.
