Joseph SI got a truck with a lot of miles on it. When the rear cargo door got stuck open, U-Haul roadside assistance was no help. The bot kept claiming it couldn’t find my reservation. I called Bainbridge Self storage and got phone number for U-Haul (not the 800#) and the woman on the other end helped me find a near U-Haul rental place and the gentleman there was able to free the door and get it closed.

Bing WI drove to Poulsbo and back to Bainbridge Island once, which was 24 miles. (I have photos of the meter readings before and after) However it cost me $34.29 (I have the receipt) for gas. That's roughly $1.42 per mile, or 3.64 miles to the gallon. Is that possible, or did the previous driver not actually fill the tank up?

Max NAlthough I was assured by the employee who checked me in to get the truck that the engine light being on all the time is okay I did have concerns hoping that my trip would not end with a disaster of a problem with the engine. I don't know what needs to be done to solve that problem and taking that light out would be a great thing. I was also a little bit disappointed with the person who checked me in after I brought it back. I walk back in the office and asked about how many miles on it and she told me well we'll send you the invoice via email. I know that she went out and started the engine to see the mileage but she also then quickly lifted the gas tank which I know is 3/4 full cuz I put in $27 worth of gas only to find out that oh no it only had 5/8 of a tank so turn the engine on see where the dial goes before you turn it off I feel like I've been taking advantage of a couple of gallons of gas.
Mark kBoth Isabelle and Becky provide excellent customer service. I regularly reserve U-Hauls weekly and they are always accommodating and friendly to me and my family. 5 out of 5 STARS!!! Really they need to be recognized, maybe a nice paid vacation. They are always working hard. Very impressed with the dedication they show working for U-Haul.
Patrick PVehicle was old and tired, Clean but no windshield wiper fluid. Tranny has long pauses between shifting. Dash showed a warning light but the office said to ignore.

Manuel RThe Interior of the vehicle had dried mud on both the driver and passenger sides. The paperwork said fuel was at 3/4 full. It was just under 11/16.

Beryl SService the truck, I think it was dog tailing steering wheel was fighting me the entire time and doors didn't want to close for cab. Pretty scary vehicle to drive and I drove professionally for 12 years bigger vehicles.

I have never had a glitch in a reservation when 've I used UHaul at Bainbridge Self Storage.
