Check out the truck. The truck I had, the door didn’t shut completely and the indicator light on the dashboard said that the door was open. Check the gas. They told me it had more gas than was in the vehicle and then proceeded to charge me for an extra 2 gallons @ $4.50 per gallon.

John SWe had first reserved in Coventry, RI. We got a call the Saturday before saying they did not have the truck and the only option was an hour away. We said OK. We drove to get the truck and it was not ready and the telephone number we were given was wrong. Connected with dispatching and we were lined up with Bald Hill Sunoco which was 10 minutes from our house. So we drove over two hours to get a truck that was available 10 minutes away. Very surprising and frustrating. I was surprised that we were not given a 100% comp for all the hassle we were put through.

STEVEN Kthis truck was junk it is really bad as I would not complain but the truck it self needs to be put to rest. it would not go over mph on the highway. struggle going up hill very bad experice with the truck it self. not the station where we got it just the actuall equipment. very sad that they leave this truck on the road.
JOSEPH HInside of cab dusty and dirty. Windshield washer fluid empty. The dash display indicates that oil needs changing. Packing materials left behind the seat. Previous renter smoked in the cab. Leaving that stale smoke smell.

VIOLA MCLEAN THE VEHICLE! The van was filthy when I picked it up, inside and out! ALSO, you're online return process also needs some changes. When I tried to report the condition of the vehicle the app wanted to charge me a cleaning fee. So people will NEVER tell you its dirty because then you'll charge them! Luckily there's an easy fix though.... just have your employee make damn sure its clean before re-renting it! Of course that would mean them having to get off their ass and actually do something!

MARIE CLocation customer service was great. The U-Haul van however was dirty inside and smelled like cigarette smoke had empty water bottles behind the seats and trash on front floor also had cigarette ashes all over the dash floor and steering column.

ROBERT LI was highly disappointed! I had to spend much more time than normal to take extra pictures of damages and issues. Even more disappointing was the fuel level read 1/4 tank. I had NO time planned to have to go get gas. And I went only a few miles and the needle Dropped below 1/4 tank, leading me to believe the gauge was off. So extra time to take extra pictures of the damages. I did not want to get blamed for previous damage. Extra time to have to get gas when I was not planning to. And was not happy finding a fishing line with a large fish hook on the mat in cargo area. This was a safety issue. And the worst part, it has a fowl smell in the van I had to put up with for my time inside vehicle. I generally have good experiences when I rent from Uhaul. This certainly was not a good experience sorry to say.

HRISTINE SBald Hill Rd Warwick Sunoco is wonderful I've been renting from them for years. They are very nice, understanding, patient for what ever your moving or automobile needs maybe. I've rented from a lot of other uhaul locations and some are rude and if there having a bad day it's taken out on customers when that's happened I never went back. Bald Hill Rd Warwick is great location to rent from their the best. Please only use my initials on this review. Thank you.

Maxwell MThe gas was little less than half tank. Not quite full - half tank. so during the refilling, it was difficulty to tell exactly how much I had used and exactly how much to pay for the gas. I would recommend the gas level be at the exact pointer such as 1/4, 1/2, 3/4, or full tank when the customer pick up the vehicle.

robert aHas to secure ride to drop U-Haul off. Upon arrival, the doors are locked, with a note “be back in 30”. After waiting and waiting, my ride had places to be and could no longer wait. We had no idea when that note was left and the eta of return. Sent my husband back to drop off the keys. Worker wouldn’t even go thru the truck with him and simply said updated receipt would be emailed. Come to find out I was charged $9+ for gas that I thought I had replaced to half full tank he told me to. Sketchy and huge inconvienince. Never again
laura mTruck was not clean and smelled awful inside the cab and then they had the audacity to charge me a cleaning fee and charged me 2 miles over what the odometer reading was there was no mention of a cleaning fee until I received the email receipt. A $19.99 rental turned into a $122 for a 36 mile trip
rui aThe gentleman at the counter was super nice and did his best to help me out. Customer service overall was great. My issue was with the truck itself. The paperwork said the truck had 1/4 tank of fuel, but when i got in, it had less than 1/8. The guy at the counter told me i would get a credit as long as i returned the truck with 1/4 tank and he did end up putting the credit on so that all worked out. The interior of the cab was not very clean. It wasnt super dirty, but the steering wheel had spots of what looked like ice cream drips and it was dingey all around. The truck didnt sound like it wasnt running very well and sounded in need of maintenance. The suspension felt like it was shot so it rode very hard over bumps. My biggest concern however, was that the seat belt was broken. The belt was fully extended and would not retract. I could put it on but there was so much slack it would do no good in an accident Major safety concern.
Christopher HI pulled up to front for convience for owner unknowing of where to park it..but he came out with me an made me park it an then he checked mileage etc.He was not busy in business or anything else.It was rediculous.Not professional.I should not of had to get back in to park it.I parked directly in front for his convience but then after going inside an he actually came out with me an told me where to park it.Stood there watching me park it .Seriously..unprofessional is being polite.

Richard FThe worker told me to put truck between two trucks already parked. The space was way to small, I told him I didn't feel comfortable doing that so he told me to drive 20" truck in cab forward,still not comfortable but he said I had to. In doing so ( like I said) space was to small. I was so close to the driver's side truck I had to crawl over the sits and exit out passenger 😫 which I had to squeeze thu truck door. Was not happy with return truck process. I was so nervous I was shaking by the time I got out of that truck.

Ernest RThey charged me a fuel surcharge even though I returned the vehicle at the same fuel level. Given that this location is a gas station, I even used this facility to fuel up the vehicle upon my return.
Joseph BUpon first renting equipment it was easy and quick. I didn't appreciate that the fuel was put incorrectly , it read on paper over 1/4 and when we looked it was only 1/4 in which I put on app prior to taking the truck I took pictures of truck dents and damage as well as fixed gas meter where it was suppose to go and took a picture of mileage, I was charged $100 something because of gas was returned 1/4. I am highly upset because what's the point of taking pics, and verifying before taking the truck when they dont go by that. I also called customer sevice to ask about both charges and representative was very rude and was talking over me when I was trying to explain situation. I have rented from Uhaul before with no issues before.
