The two gentlemen who helped me - in the am and the evening - were fantastic. Loaned me a broom to sweep out the truck; helped me with the gas fill up; very efficient with check out; unfailingly polite and interested in my satisfaction. Checking the truck back in was very bad experience and after renting from U-haul many times over the last ten years I don't think I will again unless this process is changed. The customer should be informed up front of all the steps that they will need to perform to check the truck back in. The representatives at the U-haul site should assist and check the truck back in and take all the required pictures. Two out of ten.David M.
The location itself and the person at the counter were absolutely fine. The checkout experience on the app may have been the most poorly designed user experience I have ever experienced. There were multiple issues with uploading images (including one where I tried to select that the vehicle was dirty. I uploaded an image but it continued to tell me that an image was required. I had to select that the vehicle was clean to continue.) Selecting the gas in the odometer was tricky. There were several times I tried to scroll down the page to go to the next portion of the checkout and the odometer slider moved when I scrolled so I had to go back and check it. The process took way too long and seemed like it was designed as a last minute project. It was really awful.Paul H.
The attendant was not very helpful in explaining the process of renting the trailer (especially for a first timer). He was not knowledgeable in attaching the trailer to my truck, he even said â€œI'm not too familiar with hooking up the larger trailers,â€ the trailer disconnected from my vehicle within 15 minutes of being on the road. He also asked me to help him lift the trailer onto the hitch.William S.

The person in charge was unclear about pricing and the time the truck needed to be returned. He told me I had 24 hours with the truck before I was charged for an additional day. The truck was returned before 24 hours and I was charged for 2 days even after I asked at the counter and he said I will only be charged for 1. The truck was filthy when picked up. I will not be renting from this location again.Genesis T.
The location was a gas station. The attendant basically ask me to wait while multiple people come in after me gets service first. After that, he has no idea how to detach the trailer and proceed to tell me this location does not accept my return when my reservation clearly state I can return there and confirm during pick up. Then he had no idea where to put the trailer and ask me to tow it to a spot where my vehicle was in the road while I detach the trailer. I would not return nor recommend this place to anyone.Churk L.
Did not find the description of the cargo van accurate. Said it could hold a queen mattress and box spring. It does but it cannot be set on the side and cannot even lie flat so you can't put other things on top of it. I had no issues with the rental location itself, but dealing with the uhaul customer service to get this reservation was the worst experience I've ever had with a company. I can't believe how horrible of a system you have for reserving trucks. I spent over 10 hours on the phone with 30+ different uhaul employees over the course of 2 weeks, literally brought me to tears at one point I was so frustrated. You made moving ten times more stressful than it should have been. I have used uhaul every time I've moved in the past so I'm not sure what changed, but I will be sure to never rely on uhaul again. I will actively recommend everyone I know to use a different company.Angela M.

Even though Uhaul at Sunoco was excellent, I had initially reserved it at 329 Bald Hill location, when we got there, they said they dont have the vehi le and sent us to Sunoco location, we wasted 20 mins that morning, so it would be nice to have the truck location correct during reservation.JOHN S.
