Kashareya FThis location looks like a lumber junkyard. The trucks and trailers are parked alongside a busy four lane highway primarily in the grass. If a trailer return had arrived after my truck parking I believe they would have had to put their tow vehicle into the highway or dangerously close to it in order to back it into a space. My return to this location was mandated by U-Haul after I had a contract with return to another closer location and I complied with that direction. I returned the truck around 10:35 am - well before the 11:00 am return time. No one was present at the location. I utilized the 24-7 drop off which should have shared my time and location. Everything appeared to work and the app indicated that someone would be in touch with me (although no contact was ever made). At 10:41 am I took a picture of the truck at the location. At 2:19 pm that afternoon I received an email with additional charges from this location. I was being charged with an extra day's rental and insurance along with $96.00 for missing items - the furniture pads. The extra day charge is completely unjustified. And to charge me for missing items that I never received is ridiculous. Perhaps the fact that the pads were not yet removed from the original charge created this mistake. Perhaps the 24-7 drop off did not function as it should have (like the check in and pickup did not work correctly) - I don't know because I have never used it before. After receiving the additional charge I again had to call for help and spoke with a helpful person. The furniture pad charge was then credited and a dispute was entered for the other false charges. Needless to say this location will never be used by me again nor will I recommend it to anyone. U-Haul should pay closer attention to the appearance and safety of their locations and take special notice when and where erroneous charges such as these occur. If 24-7 cannot be used without further assistance it should not be relied on at all.

Sharon BCompany didn't even ask for id...just gave me the keys. Two appliance dolls and a furniture dolly in back when I got to my apartment. I didn't ask for them...nor paid for them
Adrienne BThis location did not answer the phone. I had to call someone higher up to get assistance, because there were 2 tow dollies and I didn't know which one I should get.

Reggie SMr Balducci & his sons, Charles Austin & John Michael run a top notch business. The 2 young men are products of generations of strong business leaders & could be groomed to go as high in the U-Haul company as time allows, that is if U-Haul is fortunate enough to retain both of their employment. I tell everybody I talk to go there for your moving needs, these guys really go the extra mile to serve you!

eddie sI called and had someone to go by prior to bringing the trailer and the PLACE WAS CLOSED!! Yet they charged my card an additional $20 saying additional day!! I could have left it at my house.. They were not there until 6:00pm. I am very unhappy with the service of the Cleveland store as well as their false advertising…. I am very displeased with the service rendered in Cleveland and want my money returned to my card ($20!). Tim Morris

Lamarr gI was able to complete the after hours return with my phone fairly easily. This location had limited parking available and no drop off location for a key. I had to go out of my way to give the key to my daughter to return the next day. The dealer at this location called the next morning for the key. He said the key should have been left in the unlocked truck. I told him Uhaul (Leslie) told me not to leave the key in the truck.

Michael Cwe had a uhaul scheduled also, but would have had to drive 45 minutes in the opposite direction just to pick up. When I talked the the lady at uhaul about it she and her attitude didn't seem to care. That is unheard of. I went with Penske. They brought the truck I needed to the pick up location I wanted.
Merrell DThe customer service was remarkable. He just definitely be the cover for Uhaul! There was a misunderstanding and no one contacted me that my reservation was delayed due to no truck being there. This gentleman was extra kind (even when customer service on the phone was rude) and made it his business to get me a uhaul by the end of the day! I definitely give him 10stars!!!

shumbie hBalducci was late and the equipment was not ready. The dolly I ordered did not get put into the truck, so I had to call and cancel it. The trailer had a flat tire, so I had to call to get it replaced. There was some weird old dude working there who trued to convert my political beliefs towards libertarianism. That was just odd. That being said, the owner was polite.
mario rMr. Balducci has excellent customer service! He went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that every aspect of renting a u-haul was understood. Not to mention how polite, friendly, and courteous he was! Wonderful experience.

He returned my call right back as well as waited for me to make it during his lunch break because he was suppose to have been on lunch already.
