the business stated it would open at 9:30 am (which we were told by U-Haul agent was the time for pick up even though receipt said later). no one was there and when i called the first time at 9:45 am no one answered. i called again at 10 am and he answered and said he would be there at 10:30. ONLINE and on the store front it stated 9:30 am opening.
