The Truck was fairly clean in comparison to the number of times it has been rented out. Staff were friendly and helpful.

As a regular customer at U-haul, I can say the Ballantrae Business Centre is by far the best location I have been so far. The truck was clean and new. The pick up and drop off was super easy. Great customer service!!! I will be back and will recommend you guys to everyone. Thank you for the nice truck and the great service you provided.

the business stated it would open at 9:30 am (which we were told by U-Haul agent was the time for pick up even though receipt said later). no one was there and when i called the first time at 9:45 am no one answered. i called again at 10 am and he answered and said he would be there at 10:30. ONLINE and on the store front it stated 9:30 am opening.
