I was told I would have an appliance dolly but when I got to the gas station I was told they didn’t have any just a small one so I left and when I got to the place of work no dolly at all in the truck so I had to drive back ask for the dolly which the guy was surprised and then drive back to the work site. Not sure why I have to pay for the mileage when I had to make the extra trip due to no dolly in the truck

Location people was kind and the equipment was clean and great. Only issue was that I booked 15’ Truck which only was showing in the App when I made reservation. But actually only 10’ or 20’ Trick was available. They could not rent me till I go through the customer support to change the reservation. Also I made reservation of Appliance Dolly, but only smaller Utility dolly was available. It took me some time to pickup the truck in the morning and was late starting the moving, so it would be more better if the correct information is updated in the App and the U-Haul system. But overall was good service at this location. Thank you

It was very easy to rent from this location. I had no trouble at all. I would definitely recommend and use Uhaul again.

the average rating reflects the poor mobile app. I reserved the uhaul online and specifically requested an over the counter pick-up experience. I selected this service because the mobile phone app sucks. When I arrived at the pickup, the clerk guy called another guy on his mobile phone, then handed the phone to me and the guy sent a link to my mobile to then take a pic of my license, with my phone, which the uhaul mobile app on my phone took the picture, but continued to reject it by not allowing me to move to then next step. Lastly, the previous user must have been some sort of landscaper as the ramp was covered with dirt and rocks, making it difficult to get secure footing. Had to sweep with a broom to clear.

I reserved the 10’ truck but it wasn’t there when I showed up. I did this to make one trip to limit the miles I drove and reduce my price. I was given an 8’ pickup instead which doubled my miles by having to make two trips to the recycling center. I’m hoping I can get reimbursed for half the miles because of the availability issue that was no fault of mine.

Inside of Pick up trk was very , very dirty and nasty. Mud in the floorboard seats needed cleaning. Truck drove great just dirty inside and out
