I had difficulty understanding the individual who handled my rental. The web link to check in and check out did not work at all. I had an hour-long wait time calling U-Haul customer service. Over the last 4 1/2 decades spanning four states, I have rented dozens of U-Haul trucks and trailers and never had this much trouble with a rental.

Claure VAbsolute CROOKS, drove 16 miles and was charged $48.90 for gas. Have filed a complaint with Uhaul and sent pictures of the gas gauge at the start and return. Stay away from this place.
Tripp MSame as above comments about the rock Hill location. After my experience I will probably never use uhaul again.
Nicholas JI will never come back to this location to rent a U-Haul. They try to scam and get over on me and said the truck was dirty and it was clean. I received it dirty and cleaned it up.
