Customer service was very poor at this location and the checkout process took 3 phone calls and 40 minutes of my time. At the end, the location Representive was irritated and rush me to hang up on Uhaul customer service. He was rude and came close to getting some of the same attitude back that he was giving. I will never spend another red cent at that location for Uhaul or purchasing any other product they sell.

Christopher HI had difficulty understanding the individual who handled my rental. The web link to check in and check out did not work at all. I had an hour-long wait time calling U-Haul customer service. Over the last 4 1/2 decades spanning four states, I have rented dozens of U-Haul trucks and trailers and never had this much trouble with a rental.

Claure VAbsolute CROOKS, drove 16 miles and was charged $48.90 for gas. Have filed a complaint with Uhaul and sent pictures of the gas gauge at the start and return. Stay away from this place.
