THOMAS SMy experience with this location could have been better. There is little to no service and the wifi was slow. I arrived on time at 8 am to pickup the U-Haul and because there was little to no service it took me 40 minutes to get through the mobile pickup and finally retrieve the key. It was the same thing when I dropped the U-Haul back off. I think if someone is going to rent a U-Haul from this location, I would recommend doing so when the building is open.

LAURENMARIE CThere is nothing to improve. I rent cargo vans dozens of times a year and the people at Ballston Lake Auto Care are wonderful . They’re always professional and eager to address any of my concerns. I’ve rented from Enterprise before and there is no comparison to BLAC.
JOHNW SI was not give clear directions or spoken about the trailer being brought back after hours and double charged. I feel this was a lack on both the location and U-Haul themselves. Poor communication.
Steve NI couldn’t ask for a better experience every time I rent a cargo van from Ballston Lake Auto Care. Tina and Mike go out of their way to accommodate me. They’re professional and knowledgeable all the time.
JOHNW STruck was very clean but the gear shifter was off and it kept shifting itself into neutral while driving ...the transmission didn't kick until 5000 pm which made truck jump everytime which isn't good when trying to transport breakable furniture....I've had some iffy trucks in the past but this one didn't run good at all....the place I got it from were nice ppl but the way the truck ran was terrible...I've rented 100 times and this was definitely the worst running truck I've ever encountered

Dorothy MThis was the 4th location I was sent to for the equipment. I started on Hamburg Street in Rotterdam to make my reservation. A week before the rental they swithched me to Central Ave. in Colonie. 3 hours before picking up my unit they called and switched my reservation to Clifton Pk. telling me my reservation was guaranteed. When I got to Clifton Pk. one hour later, they had rented my unit. Now the hunt for a location that had my unit. Wound up in Ballston Lake where I was treated appropriately. Never will rent form UHAUL again!

Robert NWas given the truck with 1/8 tank of gas, what is that besides annoying. No service or Wi-Fi at the location to get the truck and leave easily. Had to sit there forever trying to get it to load.
Callie BThere needs to be more trailers and trucks available at the Ballston Lake Auto in Ballston Lake, NY. There used to be a better selection of sizes and availability. I rent here all the time. It's convenient and the staff is amazing.

Michael MThe truck 24/7 did not work, Thank goodness a person was available to take care of me. I do not think it is fair that you accepted my reservation for pick up/drop off at one location and then changed to a location over 16 miles away. This added over 30 miles to my rental which I should not have been charged for.
Kelly AThe location didn’t have great service so it was difficult and took a while to connect to the website to pick up the van. The van was clean, however it reeked of cat pee and made me nauseous.

Salvatore CThe location was scheduled to open at 9:00am on Monday, the day I returned the vehicle. I arrived at 9:15am to find it closed. There was no indication why it was closed or when it would open. I called the location's phone and got a standard voicemail message, again no indication when the place would open. The only note was a notice to contact the Traffic department if a vehicle was being returned before or after business hours. I called that number and was able to return the vehicle over the phone.
