Everything was GREAT!!
Rich HThe guys who hooked up the 12x6 trailer did not connect the brake cable to my SUV tongue. The brake cable was connected to the hook of on of the safety cables. If the trailer broke free from my SUV the safety brakes would never have engaged. I should have checked this myself before leaving, but these guys were auto mechanics so I had confidence they knew what they were doing. I will be sure to double check my connections in the future no matter what.
Chris Lthe Rt 50, Ballston Lk location was excellent. my issue was with the communication prior to pick up. i received an email changing the pick up location that took me 16 miles out of my way and late for my pick up time at the original location given.
Kathy WTrailer was in good condition and operated with no problems, The check in was qiuck & easy!
