Used App to exchange 15 foot truck for 20 foot truck. No one there, App is difficult to use, many calls to Uhaul 800 number. Don't recommend remote pick up or drop off to anyone. Charged $53 fuel and service fee for truck that was only driven 14 miles. Uhaul later refunded this. I still ended paying $69.52 for the tsmall truck I swapped for the larger one even though I didn't use it. Parked it over night and drove 14 miles to pick up and drop off

The U-Haul equipment selection is very good, and is easily accessible once rented and they even help you with hooking up to, or loading it on your vehicle.. I had never used them before, but now won't ever use anyone else. Highly recommended. The lady who answers the phone and works the counter is a great point of contact to the customers.
