Although the location was supposed to open at 9 AM, they did not actually open until 915. I was there waiting outside in the parking lot and once the person arrived to open the building, he let me into the lobby and not assist me for another 10 minutes. If an establishment says they open at 9 AM then they should be open and ready for customers at 9 AM.
ANDREW DAfter several phones calls back and forth with U-Haul about the fuel left in the truck upon pick up I was still charged additional money for returning it with the same amount I picked it up with. Very unprofessional people to work with. I have time stamped photos showing the amount of fuel and still got charged. Also was 2 hours late and charged for a full day. Again very unprofessional to work with.

MICHAEL MMike was friendly, the van was great, clean and tank was full. We had no real worries. We did note a problem with the passenger door locking, but roadside assistance fixed it immediately

MICHAEL KOne tire on the trailer was nearly bald. It was through the tread by the time I reached my destination. Left tail light didn’t work. The wiring was dragging on the ground. Amazing I didn’t have a tire blow out.

Bill GAllittle disappointed that I had to clean snow and ice off the windshield and mirrors. Truck was reserved a day ahead so I would've thought it would have been cleaned off and ready to go, since it hadn't snowed in a couple days. Using my personal snow brush was difficult since the truck is much higher. I have rented here a couple times, Always Great customer service so I'm still a bit surprised🙄.

THOMAS SMy experience with this location could have been better. There is little to no service and the wifi was slow. I arrived on time at 8 am to pickup the U-Haul and because there was little to no service it took me 40 minutes to get through the mobile pickup and finally retrieve the key. It was the same thing when I dropped the U-Haul back off. I think if someone is going to rent a U-Haul from this location, I would recommend doing so when the building is open.

JOHNW SI was not give clear directions or spoken about the trailer being brought back after hours and double charged. I feel this was a lack on both the location and U-Haul themselves. Poor communication.
