We wiped the interior of the cab floor as it needed it. Thebputside and back interior were clean looking and we left the truck in even better condition than it was. We wishbthere had been a promotion as seniors such as an AARP, Sam's club, or AAA discount/promotion as we used less mileage than allotted and filled the truck more than required. Overall we were very pleased and the young man at this dealership was very nice and professional.

The owner, Bobby, was terrific!! We were there to rent a trailer for my daughter to drive half way across the country to go back to college. He was patient and helpful giving towing tips and explaining how to connect and disconnect the trailer since dad (me) couldn't be there. She arrived safely and without incident. Thanks!

Very smooth transaction

I did not schedule my rental at this facility which was significantly farther from my home than the facility where I originally contracted for the rental. They did not have a proper adapter for my trailer lights. The rental had a 4 pin. My vehicle has a 7 pin plug. Fortunately, ond of the employees lent me his adapter but I now must drive out to this facility way west of my home to return the adapter. Had I gotten the rental where I scheduled it, they had the proper 4-7 pin adapter for sale. I am not impressed with this U-Haul experience.

Trailer had a damaged wire that I had to get replaced at a different U-haul facility. I was charged $25 insurance when I had rejected it in the reservation. They could not take the charge off locally.

both times that i have rented trails in the past week, the trailer i reserved were not there so I had to take a different size trailer. Once in a while I suppose this can happen, but since it happened twice it appears there is a systemic issue with promising one size and they only having another.

There were no other UHaul vehicles there when I dropped off. It wasn't obvious that it was the right place. There place to turn around except a gravel parking area in the back. Where I was instructed to park the trailer was in a small parking lot in front of their building. That parking area is to small. I had to block traffic to back it in.
